The Beyond Success Table Model

Eight Weeks. Small Group. Marketplace Faith in Practice.

A Beyond Success Table is a structured, 8-week leadership development experience facilitated in a small group setting of six to eight people. It is built on the leadership teachings of John C. Maxwell — and designed specifically for people who want to integrate serious leadership development with serious faith.

When you partner with EQUIP, you are not funding an experiment. You are joining a movement that already has momentum — and choosing to be part of what it produces next.

Eight Weeks of Structured Content Each week builds on the last

Covering the leadership principles that form character, develop influence, and equip participants to lead effectively in every context they occupy. The content is substantive, practical, and built for adults who take both their leadership and their faith seriously.

Small Group Format

Online or In Person Six to eight participants per table. Intimate enough for honest conversation. Structured enough to produce real growth. Tables can be facilitated in person at your facility or hosted virtually — making it accessible for congregations of any size and geography.

An Optional Faith Week Built In Week 5 of the Beyond Success experience is an optional faith integration session

a dedicated space for participants to explore the connection between the leadership principles they’ve been developing and the convictions that drive them. It is not required. For the people in your congregation, it is often the session they remember most.

Every participant who completes the 8-week experience earns a certificate of completion — a tangible recognition of growth that carries meaning in professional and community settings alike.
